Chewing the fat about fly fishing, food, and wine with Gram Magazine

A couple of weeks ago I was contacted by Lauren Bruce, Editor of Gram Magazine, who was keen to find out about my fly fishing venture. I’ve worked with her before when I was in the wine industry and love her writing so was more than game to catch up. The chat flowed as easily as the nice bottle of Albariño we ordered.
